FAQ
I called, but I haven't received a confirmation that I am getting a quote, why is this? - Make sure you texted or emailed us ALL of your information (your name, address, and phone number). That way we can put you on the schedule for quotes!
I got my quote, now what? -Let us know that you want us to do the work! Once you confirm your estimate, we will let you know that you are on the schedule!
I've been on the schedule for awhile, how do I know I'm still on the schedule?- If we have confirmed that you are on the schedule, you will not be taken off the schedule. Oftentimes a delay will be due to poor weather or a high amount of emergency work. Shoot us a text and we can let you know how many jobs are on the schedule ahead of you!
Do I need to be at home while the work is being done? -Unless we specifically let you know that you need to be there, you do not!
What if I got the tree work taken care of after accepting your quote? - Even though this is not ideal, we would appreciate a text or email letting us know, so we can take you off our schedule.
How will I know when you are coming to do my work? - Check your texts or the “job description” section of the estimate for the timeframe we gave you, and that will give a rough idea of how long it will take before we will complete your job. We also will give you a call or text in advance to start your work (it is not your responsibility to schedule your project) If your tree work becomes an emergency, let us know!
What happens if I have lines going under my stumps that you need to grind?- It is our responsibility to make a dig ticket request for underground utilities. It is the customer’s responsibility to notify us of any private utilities such as, buried LP line, buried dog fence, etc.
